We always counted on a greeting from Earl on Sunday morning when we entered the sanctuary! And he enjoyed talking about Texas with us, even though his connection was tenuous. He was a dear man and we'll miss him!

Eark was a faithful member of SouthPark Christian Church and a good friend to my family. He often shared UNC "stuff" with my boys. He gave them his army field jacket (which we still have). My two boys fought over whose turn is was to wear that jacket for years! We enjoyed his sense of humor as we played "UNO" with Earl, Wilma and friends. He was always at the SPCC attic sale to help. Earl was a caring, giving person and will be missed.

Mike and family,
I am sorry to hear about Earl's death. What a marvelous gentleman he was. I always looked for him on Sunday morning so I could collect my hug.
Blessings to your family as you walk through this grief,
Beth Ann French
