Obituary of Margie Moore

Margie June Moore Mrs. Moore, 85, of Charlotte, NC died on August 16, 2009 at Avante of Charlotte. She was born on June 16, 1924 in York New Salem, York County, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Ernest and Fannie Rohrbaugh Hoffman. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; four brothers and four sisters. Survivors include her children, Jack H. Moore and his wife Jeannette, of Elk Creek, VA, Pamela Moore McIntosh and her husband, Jim of Hoover, AL, Stephen A. Moore and his wife, Patricia of York, SC and David Moore of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Joshua W. Moore and his wife, Elizabeth of Charlotte, NC and Matthew B. Moore of Charlotte, NC; great-grandson Joshua W. Moore, Jr. of Charlotte, NC; brother Spurgeon Hoffman and his wife, Joanne of York, PA, and sister Lois Hoke and her husband, Harry of York New Salem, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday August 18, 2009 at St. Mark?s Lutheran Church Columbarium, 1001 Queens Rd. Charlotte, NC 28207. At the request of Mrs. Moore, please do not send flowers.
