Obituary of Albert Sparnell

Albert Keith Sparnell Mr. Sparnell, 52, formerly of Charlotte, NC, passed away Monday, April 12, 2010 in the loving arms of family, friends, and caregivers. Funeral services will be Friday, April 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hankins & Whittington Funeral Service. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 and for an hour prior to the service on Friday. Keith was born April 15, 1957 in Tampa , Florida, son of the late James Robert Sparnell and Betty Joan Sparnell of York, South Carolina. He was a carpenter by trade; enjoyed racing and collecting memorabilia, pitching horseshoes, playing football and listening to music, etc. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Harley and Cole; a daughter, April; grandsons, Preston and Aiden; sister, Rhonda; and three brothers, Gene, Robbie and Michael. Keith was also preceded in death by a brother, Randy and grandson, Adrian.
