Obituary of Lambrini Karras

Lambrini Koltsidas Karras Mrs. Karras, 96, of Charlotte, NC, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Levine and Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville. She was born April 1, 1915 in Agrinion, Greece. Mrs. Karras was preceded in death by her husband Bill Gus Karras in 1989. Surviving Mrs. Karras is her son, Dr. Harry G. Karras and his wife, Jeanne; grandson, Dr. Dean H. Karras and his wife, Michelle; four great-grandchildren, Sabrina, Chris, Tony and Eleni Karras; and one sister. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, June 13, 2011 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral with Father Michael Varvarelis, Father Tommy Vlahos and Father Philemon Patitsas officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The trisagion will be Sunday evening at 7:00 PM at the Cathedral.
