Obituary of Gunya Namorato

Gunya Suratpipit Namorato (Jinny) Mrs. Namorato, 54, of Charlotte died Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at Carolinas Medial Center. She was born in Thailand June 30, 1957 the daughter of Anont and Ratana Suratpipit. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Namorato was preceded in death by her husband, Prospero earlier this year. Jinny enjoyed traveling and loved story telling. She also had a passion for learning and was funny, quick witted and loved to make people laugh. Jinny was also very thoughtful and caring of others and will be missed by her close friends and family. Surviving are her niece, Dream and her aunt, Chutimon Suratpipit and many extended family and close friends. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, September 4, 2011, in the mausoleum at Sharon Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Charlotte chapter of the PKD Foundation, 8330 Ward Parkway, Suite 510, Kansas City, MO 64114-2000.
