Obituary of Maxine Goldman

Maxine L. Goldman Mrs. Goldman, 66, of Sun City, Indian Land, SC, formerly of the Washington D.C. area, died peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2011, after bravely battling ovarian cancer for 4 ½ years. Despite her situation, her zest for life was contagious. Her strength and courage were an inspiration to all who knew her. Maxine is survived by her husband of 40 years Marc Goldman and her two daughters, Stefanie Goldman and fiance? Matt Philmon, Beverly Schutzman and husband Greg; and her beloved granddaughter Febe. She is also survived by her brother Ron Levine of Takoma Park, MD and many loving and devoted friends and family. Graveside Services will be at 10:30am on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the Hebrew Cemetery, 1801 Statesville Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28206. Shiva will be observed at the family residence.
