Obituary of William Maguire

William (Bill) John Maguire, 58, of Charlotte, NC passed away peacefully on March 31, 2012 at Presbyterian Hospital. He was born in Dobbs Ferry, NY to the late William and Sophia Maguire. He is a graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. Bill spent 35 years as a manager in the hospitality industry. Bill was devoted to his beloved wife, Kim, for 25 years and had a special love for his daughters Emily, 19 and Ashley, 17. Bill is also survived by his sister, Valerie Putman, of California and Peter Maguire of New York. The memorial service will be held at Temple Beth El, 5101 Providence Rd. , Charlotte, NC 28226 on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Shiva Minyan will be April 2, 3 and 4 from 7:00 pm- 9:00 pm at the home of Kim Maguire. Donations can be made in his memory to Temple Beth El, 5101 Providence Road, Charlotte, NC 28226.
