Dear Bob and Marilynn,
We read the devastating news about your daughter this week-end...We both want to extend our deepest sympathy and condolences. I won't tell you we know how you feel...we don't! Neither of us can imagine what you're going through.
From reading her obituary, it's obvious she was blessed with many friends and had many achievements and goals in her life..Although, we don't understand God's timing or purposes sometimes, it will all be revealed to us later...
God be with you and your family and give you strength in these coming days...
Again our deepest sympathy...
God Bless,
Ron and Marianne Spang.....

I have taken this very hard and hated hearing that such a wonderfully bright light has been taken from us. Vickie makes the sixth person I have lost to this disease and it is my hope that there soon comes a time when there can be a way to prevent it. My thoughts and prayers go out to all whom her light has touched.

I worked with Vickie for 5 years at Stiles Byrum and Horne. During the time we worked together we become close. We checked in with each other on everything from our weekend plans to upcoming vacations to checking each other?s grammar. As our friendship grew, we began hanging out after work at happy hours, events with friends and volunteering. When I think of Vickie, I think about someone who was truly compassionate. She didn?t just say things to be ?p.c.,? she truly felt for others and respected people for who they were. She felt strongly about giving back to her community. No matter how busy she was with her social calendar, Vickie always made time to give back through volunteering. Vickie taught me about compassion, perseverance and optimism that I will carry with me throughout my life. I?m so thankful to have known her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her wonderful family.

We are deeply sorry for the loss of Victoria. From what we read about her it?s clear that her demise is not only a tragic loss certainly for the family, but also for those she greatly assisted through her community service with many charitable organizations despite her own medical challenges.
Our thoughts are with you, Marilynn and Robert, and will remain so.
