Obituary of David Mullis
David Randall Mullis, Jr. Mr. Mullis, 32, passed away on October 16, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He was born on September 8, 1980 in Charlotte, NC, son of David Sr., and Alisa Reames Mullis. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Christopher and Stephen; his grandfather, J.D. Reames, Sr.; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service will be at 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Paw Creek Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 7400 Mount Holly Rd., Charlotte, NC 28214. The family will receive friends in the church on Saturday afternoon from 2:30 until 4:00 PM.
