Obituary of Helene Lach San Dominick

Helene Lach San Dominick of Matthews, North Carolina passed away peacefully on December 11, 2022. Helene was born June 20, 1922, in the City of Orange, New Jersey. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Rueth Kugelmann and lived a wonderful 100 years surrounded by family and friends. She had the great privilege of being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother in her lifetime. Helene is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Lach Moss (Robert Moss III), her sons, Douglas Lach and William Lach (Melissa), her daughters-in-law, Cynthia Lach and Shelley Lach, and her niece, Robyn Lach. Helene is survived by her grandchildren: Michael Lach (Forrest), Robert V Moss IV (Jen), Kenneth Lach (Chanda), Andrew Lach (Samantha), Molly Lach, Zachary Lach (Nina), and great grandchildren: Sabine Lach, Sage Lach, Grayson Moss, Sophia Lach, Ethan Lach, and Brooks Lach. In addition to her parents, Helene is preceded in death by her first husband, Herbert F. Lach, second husband, Alfred San Dominick, and her son, Herbert F. Lach, Jr. The family is extremely grateful to the caregivers at Matthews Glen for the care that allowed Helene to live such a comfortable and enjoyable life for the last 28 years. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Road, Charlotte, NC 28227.
