Roger taught me everything I know to be successful in the insurance world. He taught me to read a room, know when to hold-and know when to fold. I will be forever grateful for his professional influence on my life. Personally, he taught me that no woman over 40 should have their hair past their shoulders, to be in your theater seat 15 minutes before curtain, that nothing on your work desk should ever stick up and "break the plane of vision" and that every other car on the road should get out of his way because he drove a Jaguar. He made me laugh even when he annoyed me. He was the most influential person in my life. Rest easy Roger, we all miss you and remember you fondly.
