Obituary of Billie Love Wall

Billie Love Aldridge Wall passed quietly into the Lord's loving arms on Friday, November 11, 2022. Born in Louisburg, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Lemie "Thomas" Love Aldridge and Rosella Bella Pernell Aldridge.
Billie's philosophy in life was: "If you can't say anything good about a person or situation, say nothing at all". She married early in life and serving her husband, and later her children, was her mission in life besides keeping a spotless home. She loved politics and would spend hours watching talk shows discussing political issues. She firmly believed that charity started at church and home and spread the gospel forward to those unsaved. She held tight to her Baptist faith and raised her children in the Church to become good and caring citizens. She was proud of her eight grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph D. Wall, Jr. who was born January 21, 1930 and passed away February 28, 2000. They were true soulmates and the love of her life for 51 years.

Billie is survived by her five children: Teresa Dee Wall, Shelia Lynn Wall Johnston, Joseph D. Wall, III and his wife, Kathy, Christopher Todd Wall and his wife, Dawn; and Steven Alan Wall and his wife, Kim; grandchildren: Stuart, Thomas and his wife, Emily, Jessica and her husband, Josh, Travis and his wife, Daisha, Davis, Bryce, Clayton and Erin; great-grandchildren: Sophia, Sarafina, Noah and Ellie; sister: Betty Aldridge Houser and her husband, Nelson; nieces: Robyn and her husband Brian, great-niece Katie; and niece Mary; and many more loving family and friends.
