Obituary of Sheila Ann Heuer

Sheila Ann Heuer, 73, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022. Born Monday, June 7, 1948, in Tacoma, Washington, she was the daughter of the late David and Erma Hays DuBois. Sheila was always a caregiver. She went back to school after her daughter was born to complete her Bachelor's degree and become a registered nurse. Sheila was known for her loving and attentive nature and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Icard and her husband, Travis; granddaughter, Ella Ruth Icard, and grandson, Declan Maguire Icard; and many more loving family and friends. A celebration of Sheila's life will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Hankins and Whittington Funeral Service, 1111 East Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28203.
