Obituary of Victor Samarel

Victor H. Samarel Victor H. Samarel, 84, a longtime resident of Monroe, New York, passed away in Charlotte North Carolina on June 2, 2009. He was born on June 4, 1925 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the son of the late Morris and Estelle Samarel. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-one years, Laura J. Samarel in 2008. Victor was the owner and sole proprietor of the Samarel Tool and Supply Company, selling industrial tools and supplies to clients throughout the continental United States for nearly forty years. He is survived by his two sons, Jaime Samarel and his wife Winnie of Middletown, New York, and Matthew Samarel, his wife Francine; and grandsons, Ethan, Jeremy and Brandon, of Charlotte, North Carolina; and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Jeanie Vaccarino. Graveside services will be held on 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 5, 2009 at the Jewish Community Center Cemetery, 221 Brick Church Road, Spring Valley, New York.
