Obituary of John Anderson

John Warner ?Jack? Anderson, 80, of Charlotte, NC passed away Friday, January 11, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pauline and John D. Anderson and his brother, Stephen T. Anderson. He attended Central High School in Charlotte and Charlotte College. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was a former employee of Eastern Airlines. In 1960 he married Doris Toney Anderson. He was loved by all and was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Doris Toney Anderson, his daughter, Lisa Anderson Wilson, son in-law, Chris J. Wilson and three granddaughters, Lauren, Merritt and Harper Wilson. The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Hankins & Whittington Funeral Service. A celebration of Jack?s life will follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel. Interment will be in the National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC.
