Obituary of Neil Howard Sacks

Neil Howard Sacks Neil Howard Sacks, 70 died on June 12, 2013. He was born in Forest Hill, NY to the late Irwin Sacks and Berenice Klein Sacks. Neil graduated from North Miami Senior High School class of 1958. He graduated from NYU in 1964. Neil went on to receive his MBA Emery Riddle Aeronautical University in 1976. After his service in the Army from 1965 to 1971 he went to work for Eastern Airlines in Miami, FL. He was a manager from 1968 to 1981. Neil owned and ran his own company from 1981to 1998 called Northeastern International Airlines Planning. Later in life he worked for Vacation Village as a real estate associate in Weston, FL, from 1999 to 2007. He and his wife Caren owned their own home based business called Cruisehoppers, LLC from 1998 to 2013. Neil was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Sally Whitkin. In addition to his wife Caren L. Carr Sacks, he is survived by a daughter and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 14, 2013 at 11:00a.m. at Temple Beth El, 5101 Providence Road, Charlotte, NC 28226. Shiva will be observed Monday evening at 7:00p.m. at Temple Beth El. Inurnment will be private.
