Obituary of Presley Boone Avendano

Presley 'Boone' Avendano was the first-born child to Erin Schempp and Albert Avendano on Easter, April 1, 2018, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was loved and cherished for those twenty three days and the world was lucky to have him for that long. Boone passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2018 in Gastonia, North Carolina, and will be dearly missed by many. He is survived by his grandmothers, Michele Schempp and Marcia Strickland; and grandfathers, Stephen Schempp and Alex Avendano. Boone was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jeffrey Strickland. He also leaves behind his faithful dog, Ginger. Donations in memory of Presley Boone Avendano to Baby Bundles, no matter how small, are appreciated. The funeral service will be Private at Hankins and Whittington Funeral Service 1111 East Blvd Charlotte, NC 28203. A memorial service will take place May 19, with information to come. Boone will be laid to rest at Sharon Memorial Park in Charlotte.
