Obituary of Robert Manley Caudle

Mr. Robert Manley Caudle of Charlotte NC passed away peacefully December 30th, 2022, at Dickens and Levine Hospice House South minister. He was born June 23, 1932, in Charlotte NC, son of the late Carris and Mary Caudle and husband of the late Midge Caudle. He is survived by sons Scott Caudle, Wesley Caudle and his wife Michelle, Kelly Caudle and his wife Lisa, Grandchildren Mary Margaret, Robert, Scott, Corey and his wife Rachel, Gracyn, Ellis Kate and Landon. Robert retired from Eastern Airlines after serving in the air force in the Korean war. Robert served his community through the Steele Creek Masons Lodge 737 and at Oasis Shiners post 262 where he had been a past commander. Robert enjoyed surf fishing, golfing and following the Atlanta Braves. He was a faithful provider and was most happy surrounded by his wife, sons and their families. Funeral services to honor his life will be held January 7th, 2023, with a 1:00pm receiving of friends and a 2:00pm service at Hankins and Whittington 1111 East Blvd., Charlotte NC, 28203, followed by a grave side service at Forest Lawn West. Arrangements are in the care of Hankins and Whittington funeral services 1111 East Blvd. Charlotte.
