Obituary of Isaac L. Fullard

Isaac L. Fullard II, 76, of Charlotte, passed away July 21, 2022 in Charlotte, NC. Born in Nichols, South Carolina in Horry County, he was the son of the late Isaac L. Fullard and Carrie B. Jones-Fullard. Isaac is survived by his loving wife, Olivia Fullard; his son, Isaac Fullard III; daughter-in-law, Tina Fullard; brother, Dayton Fullard; sister-in-law, Judy Fullard; sister, Cynthia D. Fullard-Mackey; grandson, Isaac Fullard IV; granddaughter, Ella K. Coleman sister-in-law, Rachel Weston; brothers-in-law, Harold and Eric Boyd; sister-in-law, Shirley Boyd; and many more loving family and friends. Isaac was an Administrator in education for 15 years and a football and basketball coach for over 30 years. He never met a stranger as he loved speaking to people, he loved to coach sports and he loved his Norfolk State Spartans. He was the first person in his family to receive his college degree and graduate degree. He always smiled everyday and nothing could get him going like listening to some Michael Jackson and Sade. The family will receive friends from 10am to 11am on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Hankins and Whittington Funeral Service, 1111 East Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28203. A celebration of life service will be held at 11am at the funeral home with Rev. Molly Smerko officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, in Mint Hill, NC.
