Obituary of Leigh Anne Udall Freeston

Leigh Anne Freeston passed away on November 18, 2021, at home in Charlotte, North Carolina at the age of 62, after spending the day surrounded by her loved ones and family. She is survived by her three children; Seth Goodman (Mary), Hannah Goodman, and Jacob Goodman; Parents Denney and Paula Freeston, Brother Ned Freeston (Elza); Nephews Denney Freeston and Noah Freeston; Nieces Bella Freeston, Rebecca Jones (Moffett), and Alexis Moffett, and faithful canine companion Beau. Born in Princeton, New Jersey, Leigh Anne graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) with a degree in Industrial Engineering. A Charlotte resident of over 30 years, Leigh Anne’s Career included work with SunHealth, The Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte, and most recently BDO USA. Leigh Anne will always be remembered as a beloved neighbor, friend, coworker and an endlessly devoted mother. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, November 22, 2021 in the Mindy Ellen Levine Chapel of Temple Israel - 4901 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226.
