Thank you Berryhill Family for sharing Dave with my family. His expertise in property management and his contributions to affordable housing have left an lasting impact for Charlotte's families. Dave was a quiet and humble gentleman, who demonstrated the epitome of kindness, warmth and generosity. Dave's smile, his laughter and his unique sense of humor, especially about his golf games and his adventures in Chapel Hill, allowed our family to develop a great friendship and created a very special mentorship. My son and grandkids admire Dave and Barbara, and appreciate how much they made my family feel so welcomed to Charlotte and Lake Norman.
Dave also shared his passion for helping others through his volunteer work and dedication to supporting the Salvation Army, Sertoma Club and Albemarle Presbyterian Church. He dedicated his life to make Charlotte a better place to live, work, and raise a family. Heaven has certainly gained another special person and my family will truly miss L. David Berryhill Jr., our lifetime friend.
