It was heart breaking to hear that Bob had passed. I will always remember and cherish the few times spent with him when Joshua nd Dara were young, listening to him read Tubby the Tuba and the stories of his life. I pray for peace and comfort for Cynthia, Sara and Chris and all of his family and friends during this time. You brought smiles to a lot of peoples faces and will be deeply missed by all of us who loved you!
With deepest sympathy,
Mark S. Comport

Dear Bob,
Jan and i read your obituary in the newspaper this morning. You were always s person I loved and respected. I first met you when Chris joined Boy Scout Troop 162 at St Annes in the late 80's. You quickly jumped in to volunteer in any way possible.. I
remember you heading up the eagle board of review with such professionalism and expertise....Those were some great times.
You were the type of man i would want to share my "fox hole" with in difficult times. If God so chooses, I look forward to the day
we can sit around that wonderful campfire in the sky reminiscing about the good ole scouting days.
In gratitude,
Ken Johnson

During my years in Park Crossing thru High School I probably spent as much time at the Dunegan house as my own. Bob was always busting my chops about something in the nicest way possible. He was GREAT to me and treated me like family. I kept in touch thru my college years and via Christmas cards. I can already see him hitch-hiking thru Heaven looking for fresh powder to ski on. ❤️ To the family.
