Obituary of Beverly Ray Rose

Beverly Campbell Rose, 86, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021. Born Friday, September 28, 1934, in Greensboro, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Blanche Moore Campbell. Beverly was extremely active and enjoyed playing tennis, Bridge, swimming and traveling. She was known for her infectious laughter and was a social butterfly spending time with family and friends as much as possible.

Beverly is survived by her sons, Jesse Floyd Rollins, III and his wife, Carol, and their son, Ethan, and William Ray Rollins; step-son, Brian Hufford; and many more loving family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 4:00PM until 6:00PM Wednesday, May 19, at Hankins and Whittington Funeral Service. A funeral ceremony will be held at 2:00PM Thursday, May 20, in the Chapel of Hankins and Whittington with Reverend Bryan Hovey officiating. A graveside service will follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
