Tyson and Family, I am so sorry to learn of your Mother's going to her heavenly home. I did not know until yesterday. She was a dear and treasured friend. We shared so many times together - FBC, BSF and others. May God bless and your family in the days and years to come. In Christian Love, Audrey Metcalfe

I am so sorry to hear about Nina’s passing. We were neighbors for many years on Kilborne Drive in Charlotte but had lost touch with each other after we both moved away. I have many happy memories of times with Nina. She was a very special, warm, and caring person. My condolences to her family. May God comfort you during this time of sadness and grief.

Nina was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known. I knew her for years as a member of Assurance. We shared our teacher stories. However, we became closer when Nina was a Stephen Minister for my mother, Louise McCall. She was faithful to visit each week and often went above her responsibilities to do special thing for Mom. She even came to Hospice on Mom’s last day and waited for her to awake which she never did. Nina and I continued to be friends. We visited her once in Raleigh, and she proudly took us around her new home and offered ice cream for our twin grandchildren that we were taking care of that day. Nina will always have a special place in my heart.
