Obituary of Sharon Anne Olson

Sharon Anne Olson (“Sherry” and “O”) of Charlotte, North Carolina died unexpectedly at the age of 77 on Friday June 1, 2018.  She was born in Clinton, Iowa on February 10, 1941 to Kenneth DeBarr and Marvel McMahon.  Sherry leaves behind to carry on life’s memorable moments, her three children: Jeffery John Olson (Virginia Beach, VA), Leslee Olson Scibelli (Charlotte, NC) and Tiphani Olson Batchelor (Augusta, GA); and six grandchildren Katie Olson, Carter Olson, Joe Scibelli, Nick Scibelli, Michael Scibelli and Lauren Batchelor.  She was deeply loved and will be remembered for her adventurous spirit and her infectious laugh. 

A service to Celebrate her life will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Hankins & Whittington Chapel, 1111 East Blvd., Charlotte, NC  28203.
