Love prayers and hugs to the Kiser Family. My Granddaughter Katelyn Kiser did a beautiful WWII presentation about her Great Grandfather a year or so ago. I'm sure it made Fred proud. He reminded me of my own Dad, I know he will be missed, but his memories will live on.
Fred was a great neighbor all those years. When we weren’t going to dirt track races we were going fishing and when we weren’t cooking fish out at his house we were going to River View to eat fish. Fred will be remembered all of my life.
Heart felt condolences to Mrs. Betty, Melinda, Terry, and all family...a huge loss, but he lived a beautiful life. Certainly one of the nicest people I ever met, Betty and Fred always make you feel welcome and comfortable...
Barry and I send our deepest sympathy. May all your fond and happy memories of Fred help sustain you all during this sad time and in the future. Thinking of you, Alma H. Biagini
